If you’re not 100% happy with your purchase, don’t worry! We offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your order.

📌 Received a defective or damaged item? We’ll replace it free of charge—just let us know within 2 days of receipt.
📌 Changed your mind? No problem! You can send it back for a full refund, as long as it's unused and in its original packaging.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

✔️ Be returned in the original packaging.
✔️ Not be a customized product (these are final sale).
📢 Important: Some items are not eligible for return due to hygiene reasons, such as cat apparel and edible pet treats.
How to Request a Return

2️⃣ Our team will review your request and provide you with return instructions.
3️⃣ Ship the item back to the return address provided by our customer support team.
4️⃣ Once we receive your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
📌 Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Refund Policy – Stress-Free & Simple!
We make refunds quick and hassle-free! Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund using the same payment method you used for your order. Alternatively, if you prefer, we can issue store credit that never expires!
✅ Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving your returned item.
✅ If you don’t see the refund in your account, please allow a few extra days for bank processing.
Damaged or Defective Items? We’ve Got You Covered!
Received an item that’s damaged or defective? No need to worry—we’ll send you a new one completely free of charge!

✔️ Attach a photo or short video showing the damage.
✔️ No need to send it back! We’ll send a replacement right away at no cost to you.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Need to cancel or change your order? We get it—things happen!
📌 You can cancel an order if:
✔️ The order has not yet been processed or shipped.
✔️ You contact us before 11:59 PM EST on the day of purchase.
📢 Once an order has been processed or packed for shipping, we are unable to cancel it. Please reach out to us ASAP if you need to make changes!

Lost or Delayed Orders? We’ve Got a Solution!
In rare cases, your order may take longer than expected to arrive. While shipping delays are outside of our control, we’ll always do our best to help.
📌 If your order has not arrived within 60 days from the shipping date, we’ll offer you a full refund!
